UPLOAD CAP file ERROR "6A 80"

I read the post "install CAP file ERROR "6A 80"" but I have problems uploading my applet onto my COSMO 64RSA card. It runs well on both my JCOP engineering cards but not on the Cosmocard.

When I try it uploads (in eclipse) the first block of data, then it aborts with "wrong data". It does not seem to be authentication...

What am I doing wrong?
