Upgrading Oracle XE 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4

Oracle XE 11.2.0.2

Where do I get the patch to upgrade Oracle XE 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4? I downloaded the Oracle XE rpm from oracle.com but I do not know what version of XE this is that I downloaded (other than it is 11.2.0.x) ...

Does anyone have simple steps to install the patch?
