Upgrading from Oracle 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.2

we have recently migrated an application from HP-UX environment (with Oracle 9i) to LINUX (with Oracle 10.2.0.4)

now a thought is being given for upgrading the databases to 11.2.0.2.

i wanted to know if their would be any major differences between 10.2.0.4 and 11.2.0.2, which would require us to make changes in the codes (we are using Pro* C/Pro* C++ in our application source codes)

could anyone please guide me on this?

info on current server:
the current server uses LINUX REL 5 (64 bit) and Oracle 10.2.0.4
