Upgrading from 9.2.0.5 to 10.2.0.4

Hi all

i will be upgarding my productin istance from 9.2.0.5 to 10.2.0.4 in first week of august

system config.

EBS 11.5.10+9.2.0.5+HP UX 11.11

applications are installed on 2 nodes

node1- database+CM+reports
node2- discoverer+forms

can any one tell me how do i minimise DB upgrade time , on test instance (rp-3410 , 1 PA-RISc processor,2 GB RAm) it took 14 hrs.

prod specs are (rp3440 , 2 PA-RISc processor , 4 GB RAM)

i cannot afford to have downtime >4hrs
