Upgrading from 4K to 8k block size

Hi,
I have a 1 Tera database , vesrion 8.1.7.4, with 4k block size.
I am planning to upgrade it to 10.2.0.3 , with 8k block size.
I want to be rid of the 4k block size.
If i choose the transportable tablespace option and use the DB_4K_CACHE_SIZE than actually all my database will be in this cache.
Does i have another option ?
