upgrading from 10g (10.1.0.2.0) 32bit to 10.2.0.5.0 64 bit.

Dear all,

i want to upgrade from Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.1.0.2.0  32 bit to  Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.5.0 64 bit.

both the new server and old server details are below

OLD SERVER

OS=Microsoft windows server 2003 32bit.

Oracle Version=  Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.1.0.2.0  32 bit

NEW SERVER

OS=Microsoft Windows server 2008 64bit

Oracle version= Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release  10.2.0.5.0 64 bit.

i take cold backup from OLD SERVER and try to restore it in NEW SERVER,

but i come with an issue, and search help for it, and i come to know that i need to upgrade my NEW DATABASE.

how could i do upgrade it?
