Upgraded to office 2013 and got error message run time error 53 file not found HSAddin in smart view

When we upgraded to office 2013 and got error message run time error 53 file not found HSAddin in smart view. I checked the disabled items and smart view is not there,,,, went to ,manage excel addins and smart view is checked... did a hard shutdown of computer and still have the error message.

Please help.
