Upgraded Java now ssvagent.exe keeps bugging me

Upgraded to latest java now i get ssvagent.exe requests when i open links.

details are.... "c:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\JavaFX2.1 Runtime\bin\ssvagent.exe" -new -high -regdeploy

and in Chrome is still get the update plugin warning
