Upgrade weblogic 12c to weblogic 14c isses

Dear Gents

I am in the process to upgrade weblogic serve version is 12.2.1.3.0 to weblogic 14c

I installed the new version 14c on the server in another home(/u01/app2/oracle) as per oracle instructions,

then executed Reconfiguration Wizard /weblogic4chome/.../config.sh

error as below:

CFGFWK-60808: Unsupported Domain

kindly help.
