upgrade to 21c

So I upgraded from 19 to 21c. I followed the steps from here.

Upgrading Oracle GoldenGate (0 Bytes)
I changed all of the environment variables on the linux server to match the new install. It all works except this one weird thing. Under the ServiceManager link in the webpage under details I get this.
Status:

GoldenGate Home: /u01/app/oracle/product/ggms21

GoldenGate Etc Home: /u01/app/oracle/product/ggms/18_ma_deployments/main/etc

GoldenGate Config Home: /u01/app/oracle/product/ggms/18_ma_deployments/main/etc/conf

GoldenGate SSL Home: /u01/app/oracle/product/ggms/18_ma_deployments/main/etc/ssl

GoldenGate Var Home: /u01/app/oracle/product/ggms/18_ma_deployments/main/var

GoldenGate Data Home: /u01/app/oracle/product/ggms/18_ma_deployments/main/var/lib/data
Notice that it doesn't show the change for the other lines except the GG Home line. Where does it get that from?
