Upgrade to 20.4 Show Me Password no longer available

Hi
On upgrading SQLDeveloper from v19 to 20.4, the File option "Show Me Password" has disappeared.
I can't find any details of a configuration setting that should be set or details of any extension that needs to be updated.
Is there something that needs to be set to re enable the option?
