upgrade solaris 10 u4 to u10

Hi,

I have aserver with Solaris 10 u4 and in order to make supported from oracle Db it should be at least u6 or later other wise oracle 11gR2 upgrade will not continue
I need to know if any body have the experience to do this upgrade my server has hardware RAID controller with mirrored disks
