Upgrade RDBMS from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.4 required patch sets

We have an 11.2.0.1 database installed about 5 years ago. We have not applied any patches to date. We would like to upgrade to 11.2.0.4 and make sure we have the latest security patches.

Is it enough to just upgrade to 11.2.0.4 or do we need to apply a bunch of security patches after this to get current.

If so, How do we find out what patches are needed from a security standpoint to get current?
