Upgrade process to ODI 12c from ODI 11g having master and work repositories in separate schemas

Hi,

We would like to upgrade to ODI 12.2.1.3.0 from ODI 11.1.1.6. For 11g, we are having one master repository schema and then two separate work repository schemas - one for Dev and one for Produciton.

Need help in understanding upgrade approach for above case. For which schema we will be running upgrade assistant ?
