Actually I am running OL6 for test of some features of Oracle products. Now I am intend to upgrade to OL7 and in a near future, to OL8. When I tried to upgrade to OL7, I am getting this error message:
redhat-upgrade-tool-cli --iso /stage/patches/V1009690-01.iso --debuglog=/tmp/upgrade.log --cleanup-post
Error: This feature requires Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel Release 3 or later.
Your UEK version is unsupported.
Actually I do not have a valid ULN subscription, as I am using OL only for test purposes. Is there any other way to upgrade from OL6 to OL7 for free?
