Upgrade oracle client from 10.2.0.4.0 to 10.2.0.5

I need to upgrade my client from 10.2.0.4.0 to 10.2.0.5 on Linux SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 (x86_64)
VERSION = 10
PATCHLEVEL = 3

Is the patch the same I used for oracle database server? p8202632_10205_Linux-x86-64.zip

Or I need to download another patch?
