Upgrade oracle 9i to 10g

hello friends,

We have oracle applications (e-business suite) 11i implemented over here with Oracle 9i (9.2.0.5) database. Now we want to upgrade the database to 10g (Release 3). What steps do we have to follow. Please suggest.

OS: HP-UX 11.11 (Hp Unix)
DB: Oracle 9.2.0.5
APPS: 11.5.10
FORMS: 6i
REPORTS: 6i
DISCOVERER: 4i
