I submitted to upgrade to Oracle Apex 24.2 in the administrator panel. I got feed back that ‘upgrade in progress’ and that ‘Oracle APEX is being upgraded to a newer version. This process generally takes up to 3 minutes’. This is 3 days ago. I still cannot access worspaces or apps. Just the message that upgrade is in progess wherever I log in. Tenancy is kobikoro and region is South London. Any pointers to resolve this issue will be mighty appreciated
