upgrade from OEL 5.8 to OEL6/7

HI ,

We are working on proposal for upgrading Oracle 11gR2 to 12CR1. Customer has also asked to upgrade the server OS from OEL 5.8 to OEL7. Could you please let me know he steps in details or any document...Fresh installation is not possible as this is live production servers.
