Upgrade from 9i to 10G

Hi,

we are upgrading our 9i database to 10G.

Please suggest what changes can be happen on tables,data,views,procedures,funtions,synyonms, or MV's

I heard MV's will change to in a normal table and I have to re create the MV's

Please suggest.
