Upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2. is seen as a minor or major upgrade?

Hello,

Sorry if this sounds stupid, but I didn't find anywhere (at least not where I've looked) a detailed answer regarding this...

It's clear that upgrading from 11.2 to 12.x represents a major upgrade. But what about from 12.1.0.2 to 12.2.0.x? How would you call it?
