upgrade from 12.1.2.0 to 12.1.2.1

Can someone please tell me how to upgrade from 12.1.2.0 to 12.1.2.1? I looked into the documentation but the only thing I found was on how to upgrade from 11 to 12. Someone told me I should use opatch but there is no 12.1.2.1 patchset available. Any ideas will be appreciated.
