upgrade from 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.4

Hi

i need to upgrade the database from oracle 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.4

I had seen the patch set readme file and I prepared some steps.Can any body give me the steps .

I had seen the readme file.

but so many things are there which are creating confusion to me.please provide me the steps

Here are the details.

$ /usr/bin/isainfo -kv

$ cd $ORACLE_HOME/bin

O/S BIT ------64 bit
oracle bit -- 64 bit

not a rac database
