UPGRADE FROM 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.3 Error during DBUA

The following components cannot be upgraded as the corresponding upgrade scripts are missing:Oracle ultrasearch
ORACLE_HOME%/ultrasearch/admin/wkpatch.sql
if you want to upgrade these components you must first install them, using the OUI, and then rerun the DBUA

i got three databases on the server the first one dbua ran sucessfully.
Then the two databases i got the same error.
Please help
