Oracle Database Discussions

On windows server 2003, upgradation of oracle server has been failed while upgradation 9.2.0.7 to 10.2.0.4. Below are the errors from the log.

Does anyone have idea on this upgradation.

Please provide necessary steps how can we overcome these errors and perform the db upgrade.
