Hello,

I have the following problem: We are running Grid Control 10205. It was an upgrade from 10203. By default it runs one 10104 Database Repository. Now I must upgrade this Repository to version 10205 too. I need to make it because this Grid Control is running on ELinux 4 and we want to upgrade this machine to ELinux 5, but in the Certification Matrix of ELinix 5 Database 10105 is not supported.

Now my question:

To make this upgrade I have read I must first install Database 10205 Software in a separate home and after that to upgrade the database with the repository. OMS and the repository database are installed in separate homes. Are these some references in OMS to the Repository home? What should I do after I upgrade the repository database?

Unfortunately I'm not able to find anything about that in the Documentation. Everybody speak about OMS upgrade and almost nothing about the database repository.

I will appreciate some guidance very much.
