Upgrade Database Firewall Invalid Credentials

I upgrade Oracle Database Firewall from 12.2.0.4 to 12.2.0.9.0 so that I can upgrade again to latest version. After upgrading I can the backend access through SSH perfectly using the same credentials (support and root user).

When I access the appliance through web-browser it open, but when I try to enter the credentials I used before it respond with an error "Invalid login credentials"

I try to check the users at the backend, I cant find the "DFADMIN" user, just find only DVSYS user

Please assist
