Upgrade BI Publisher with Siebel IP16

Hi Community,
I have a customer that is analyzing upgrade your current installation of BI Publisher from 11.1.1.9 on AIX to the last release of BI Publisher 12 over VM Linux.
Anyone of You have experience in this migration?
You have any issue in the transition?
Should I expect to do a great job on the reports?
Any information about this scenario is welcomed. Thanks
