Upgrade BI Apps 7.9.5 to 7.9.6.3
We are upgrading BI Apps 7.9.5 to 7.9.6.3 but we are having the following problem:
When traying to upgrade the Informatica Repository using the doc E14218-01 "Upgrade Guide for Informatica PowerCenter Users" page 25, "3.4 Upgrading the Informatica Repository" realized we need to restore the repository "Oracle_BI_DW_Base.rep" from OBI APPS and then copy only the custom folders from our current repository to the new one. We have maden many changes and adjusments to the standar mappings in our repository. We need to know if we could do some kind of merge to keep the changes we made in the standard folders.
I would appreciate if you have any experience or recommendation that you can share
