upgrade application from adf 10g to new adf rich client

Hi All,

We are having application user interface written using ADF 10. seeing the new features in ADF rich client we want application user interface to write in rich client to get a better look of the application.

can anyone please suggest atleast the starting point for this upgrade/migration process.
