upgrade Apex 5.1.2.00.09 to 5.1.3

Good afternoon!

We have installed oracle apex version 5.1.2.00.09.

There is a desire to update to version 5.1.3.

When starting the script - @apexins sysaux sysaux temp / i / - the script swears on the existing database schema: APEX_050100.

Please tell me if I understand correctly: first remove the APEX_050100 schema with all the contents, and then start installing Apex 5.1.3, and all the applications (import / export)?

Or is there an upgrade script for the existing schema?
