Upgrade APEX 5.0 to 5.1

Hi,

I tried to upgrade from APEX 5.0 to 5.1.

So I copied APEX 5.1 to @apex_epg_config.sql C:\app\oracle1\product\12.1.0\dbhome_1\apex

and run @apex_epg_config.sql C:\app\oracle1\product\12.1.0\dbhome_1

I got the error as in the attachment.

Then I run  @apxldimg C:\app\oracle1\product\12.1.0\dbhome_1

But the error stayed.

What must I do to upgrade my APEX without export all applications, deleting APEX, installing APEX as a new and importing all applications?

Please help me
