I'm getting to the point where I need to plan things out and I've always known that my end game would be paid Autonomous Database with a Workload Type of "Apex Service". My current Instance is a Workload Type of “Transaction Processing”. Can I upgrade my current TP instance to a paid workload type Apex Service Instance account or do I have to have to provision a new Autonomous Workload Type Apex Service Database and migrate everything over? And yes, I do realize I'll be losing connectivity flexibility with the upgrade/downgrade.
