Upgrade 9.2.0.1 to 9.2.0.8

i have some confusing problems upgrading my database.
Seaching in Metalink in the Updates&patches section, i was only shown "patches", but not only one upgrade. So i downloaded a 250megs Patchset fpr 9.2.0.8.
After unzipping, invoking the included installer andd setting a new install dir, the install routine tells me, that no patch can be installed.
That lets me suggest, that this is not an update to 9.2.0.8, but just as called a patch, when i at least still have the 9.2.0.8.
And that is my problem: i do not find the right update files / the right way to move from 9.2.0.1 to 9.2.0.8.
Can someone help me and explain step by step the right way, and which files to download? metalink Access is available!
