Upgrade 11.2.0.3 database to 11.2.0.4 in EBS R12.2.4

Hi,

I want to upgrade my EBS database from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4.

My EBS version is R12.2.4.

I have run the checkDBTier.sh from Patch 17537119. it says..

[ERROR] ETCC cannot list required fixes:

Database 11.2.0.3 is no longer covered by Error Correction Support

or compatible with ETCC. For ETCC to be able to provide a list of missing bug

fixes and patch mappings, upgrade to an Oracle database version listed in

My Oracle Support Document 1594274.1.

now i want to upgrade my database to 11.2.0.4.

Need your kind assistance.
