upgrade 10.1.0.5 database to 10.2.0.4

I am in the process of wanting to upgrade the Enterprise Manager Grid Control Repository database from 10.1.0.5 to 10.2.0.4. I have already upgraded the oms and agent to 10.2.0.4. Someone told me it is like upgrading a regular database to 10.2.0.4 but I have not done a upgrade from 10g release 1 to release 2 before. Can someone direct me to the proper steps of upgrading the database?
