Upgarde 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.6 ORA_HOME and DB

Hi,

I want to upgrade ORACLE_HOME and DATABASE of 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.6.
so i need to apply CPU patches or PSU patches for ORA_HOME upgrade?

What is the difference between CPU and PSU ?

how can i download them ?how to proceed ?
