My company has several Apex Apps. I developed some pages in a test app that had Theme_42/1.5. When I moved the pages to another app that has Theme_42/1.1 I lost all of my css styling for different templates and built-in features. The developer who manages the 1.1 app does not want to update the theme for a couple of reasons. I would like some input from the community on the reasons that they have given me.
- After updating to 1.5, developers can't use the “Show Layout Columns” feature in a modal window. The first image below is of the page in version 1.1. The second image is the same page in version 1.5.
- The developers have stated also that after upgrading to 1.5 it has become extremely difficult to update individual pages. They have said they get a multitude of errors, and that they don't want to have to update the entire app with each update. I haven't seen any specific examples. Has anyone else had this issue and can give insight into it?
