Updating the user preference for each each user as an admin

Hi,

I know - user can update their own presences like the variable or the display option(date format)

Now, we have a requirement to change the default date format in PBCS from automatically detect to DD/MM/YYYY format

I was just wondering, as an admin - Can I update the date format for all the users instead of asking each users to change it?
