Updating SWT with J9 JVM

843849Nov 16 2005 — edited Aug 6 2007
Hi all,

I'm just wondering how i can go about updating the SWT dll that my J9 JVM will use. I have the latest dll I could find and I want to get it to run, but i'm having problems. When I remove the old dll (labeled swt-win32-3050.dll) to replace it with the new version (swt-win32-3139.dll). My JVM seems to still look where the old version is.

I.e. I get a file not found error. What step am I missing? I thought it would be as simple as replacing the swt.jar for my program, then adding the new dll to the bin folder of the J9 and removing the old dll (luckily I only renamed it so it was easy to fix).

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance,
Joe
