Updating from 7.1 to 7.2 - Software & Software Updater disappears under KDE and Gnome.

Hey,

I've installed Oracle Linux 7.1 from iso onto a VM and everything worked fine.

When I update to 7.2 the Software and Updater tools disappear.

I did a clean install but I still get the same problem.

I checked the 7.2 release notes and it is still free to install and update.

Is this a bug?

SYSTEM: MacBookPro, OSX 10.10

VM: Parallels 9
