Updating an expiring credit card of a Oracle free tier

Hi to all

My credit card is expiring at the end of the month (june 30). I've already my new credit card (from July 1, 2024). I'd like to update but the system ask to me to upgrade to do it.

What shall i do? The number of the credit card is the same
