Updates To App on Cerner Code Console

Hello,

I developed an app and registered it on the Cerner code console, and also went through the non-validated path for a client to use the app. However, after they provisioned it and added the app, we made updates to the Smart Launch and Redirect URL, but the client has not received those updates. Will it automatically update, or will they need to re-provision the app to get the new redirect URL updates? If they need to re-add the app, how would the client do that? Any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
