Updates in Row Compressed Tables

We have created a partition table with Advanced Row Compression , Initially we have loaded the data around 12 GB after updates with multiple rows the size got increased to 21 GB.

We just updated the indicator from 'N' to 'Y' , There is no bytes changes. Please advise me.
