Update working copy does not work for Subversion in JDeveloper 11.1.1.2.0

I created a SOA application and project then I checked them into SVN. Now I checked them out and made changes to some files and added new files. I see these changes in the pending changes view.

Now I changed my mind and I want to refresh my working copy directory with what's in the SVN repository. I highlighted the project -> Versioning -> Update working copy...

I still see the changes in the pending changes views. I thought when you update working copy, it should wipe out my changes to the existing files and remove the new files from my working copy directory?

It does not do that.

Any ideas?
