Update table with Timestamp (col_1->col_2)

Hi,
DB: Oracle Database 19c Standard Edition 2 Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production
There is a deviation of one second after updating col_2 in the same table with the timestamp (format: 'DD.MM.YY HH24:MI:SS') from col_1.
ex.
col_1 col_2
31.01.22 04:15:00 31.01.22 04:15:01
