update statment syntax error- multiple tables

I keep getting a synrtax erroron the belowupdate statement. What I am doing wrong?

UPDATE

SET i1.profile_num = 496

FROM

ra.ins_unit_profile i1,

ra.insurance i2,

ra.profile p1,

ra.unit u1

WHERE

i1.insurance_num = i2.insurance_num

AND

i1.profile_num = p1.profile_num

AND

u1.unit_num = i1.unit_num

AND

Substr(i2.insurance_name, 1, 1) = 'Z'

AND

i1.profile_num <> 496
