City of St Paul is requesting a product enhancement because OFS currently does not support resending a work activity with updated service history from WACS. Once a work activity is sent to OFS, the attached planned service history becomes static. Any updates made afterward in WACS do not sync to OFS.
The only current workaround is to delete or cancel the existing activities in OFS, duplicate them in WACS, and resend them—a process that may create additional issues and is not sustainable.
