Update Schedule for Agent in ODI Console

I have configured ODI 12c console. But what is happening is, I cannot figure out how to update the agent after I import a scenario with schedules in it. So, my question is-
1. How do I update schedule in the agent in ODI Console.

2. There are buttons/options that are disabled, how do I enable those?
