I configured a trusted source from which user records are to be reconciliated to OIM. Records can be inserted into OIM successfully from the scratch but when I revised a field value of one record in the source the update reconciliation failed. Error messages as below:

What does it mean by "User Loginid is duplicate"? Is there any problem in the process definition?
